The fundamental problem christians have in proving the existence of a single God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, is proving the Bible is the inerrant word of God - and not a collection of translated stories. Once you prove that the Bible is an actual historical document that is without errors, there's nowhere to run, nowhere to hide.

All the other arguments (faith, moral law giver, nature, etc.) just don't work well for the normal pagan person.
